© by Mitch Freeland

If you really want to impress your friends the next time you play craps, how about tossing in some snappy craps slag; they will think that you have been playing for years.

"You might as well be broke as not have enough"--Kansas City Confidential, Craps Stickman
"Too tall to call"--when a die bounces off the table
"Take the don'ts pay the line"--Pass Line winner
"Take the line pay the don'ts"--Pass Line loser

Well, now you have a new vocabulary at the crap table.  But be careful when using slang.  You do not want to tell your girlfriend  "Slip me a dime I'm going with Little Joe," or "I got the Back line with Little Phoebe," or "I got Ballerina with Crabs."

Good luck and use your new vocabulary wisely.
